My Approach

Photography, to me, is all about storytelling. Not the perfectly posed moments, but the real ones. The joy, the laughter, the quiet in-between glances that say more than words ever could. Those fleeting moments are the ones I live to capture, because they’re the ones that last.

I always pick up my camera with one goal in mind, to capture you exactly as you are.

My Biggest Inspiration

Mr. & Mrs. George Pratt,

known to me as Grandma and Grandpa, met in January of 1966 and were married that same June. Their love story is one that has inspired me since the beginning, not just in my own life, but in the way I look at a wedding day. In 2026, it's so easy to get caught up in the Pinterest of it all, but the moments you'll want to look back on in 60 years will be rooted in the people who were there and the promise to love

THERE IS NOTHING BETTER IN THIS WORLD THAN A GIRLS TRIP!! SKIING, BEACHING, WANDERING AROUND PARIS, OUR BUCKET LIST IS ENDLESS AND WE WON'T GO LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS WITHOUT ONE.

THESE are "THE BEARs"... THEY ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE THINGS IN THE WORLD AND I CAN'T IMAGINE LIFE WITHOUT THEM.

I could never pick a favorite season to photograph. spring flowers, summer greens, fall colors & winter light. each one is so special and unique and i love that about nature.

I was born and raised just outside of Washington, DC, but the south is what ended up feeling like home. I went to The University of Alabama, made the best friends, met my fiancé while serving tables at heat pizza bar (very on brand if you know me), and spent most of those years trying to figure out where to put all of my creative energy.

Turns out, it was right in front of me the whole time!!

I didn’t fully put the pieces together until after I was on a bachelorette trip in the mountains of Tennessee, where I met a wedding photographer, asked a million questions, and left thinking… wait, you can actually do this?

A week later she mailed me her old camera, and I haven’t put one down since. Four years later, I'm living my dream in real time, capturing love stories across the Southeast and all over the world. I'd love for yours to be next!!
